Basic CPR and first aid courses are three to four hours in length, while supplemental courses typically last between one and two hours.

Our training programs are based on nationally recognized educational and medical guidelines. These guidelines are produced through a consensus of practicing professionals in the emergency medical-training field. Self Service training programs follow the medical and educational recommendations of many noted authorities, including:
